Terms of Use
Last updated: 12 September 2026
This English version is provided for information only. The agreement is governed by Turkish law and the Turkish text prevails in case of any discrepancy.
1. Parties and scope
These Terms of Use govern the use of the YouReply Qualitative platform (the "Platform") offered by YouReply Teknoloji Ticaret Eğitim Danışmanlık Araştırma Organizasyon A.Ş. ("YouReply"). By using the Platform you are deemed to have accepted these terms. The Distance Sales Agreement and the Preliminary Information Form also apply to purchases.
2. Definitions
- Platform: the YouReply Qualitative qualitative data coding and thematic analysis application and all its components
- User (Researcher): the person or organization that creates studies and runs analysis on the Platform
- Study: the unit of analysis that holds documents, participants, the codebook, themes and reports together
- Document: an interview transcript, focus group transcript, field note or set of open-ended responses uploaded to a study
3. Account
You need to create an account in order to use the Platform. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for the security of your account and for the transactions carried out through it. If you notice unauthorized access, report it immediately to destek@youreply.com.tr.
4. Conditions of use
4.1 Acceptable use
- Coding, analyzing and reporting qualitative research data within a lawful and ethical framework
- Academic work, theses and internal research reporting
- Uploading data for which there is a legal basis for collection and processing
4.2 Prohibited use
- Uploading or storing unlawful content
- Processing personal data without a legal basis
- Activity that threatens Platform security, and unauthorized access
- Infringing intellectual property rights
- Presenting analysis output or quotes misleadingly, detached from their source and context
5. Intellectual property
The design, the software and the trademarks of the Platform belong to YouReply. The data you upload and the codings, themes and reports you produce from it belong to you; we do not use them for any purpose other than providing the service.
6. Nature of the analysis output
Codes, themes and findings produced by the AI are suggestions; unless the researcher accepts them, they are included in no count, no matrix and no report. Suggestions may contain errors, and narrative texts written by the AI (theme descriptions, pattern summaries, report drafts) must be reviewed by the researcher. The researcher is responsible for the scientific quality of the coding and the findings. The output is not a substitute for academic or professional advice.
7. Pricing and payment
The fees for paid plans are published on the Platform's pricing page. Stated prices include VAT.
Payment is collected in advance and as a single charge for the monthly or annual period you select. Card details are not stored, the subscription does not renew automatically at the end of the period and no new charge is made to your card when the period ends. When the period is over, the account returns to the free plan; a user who wants to continue makes a new payment for a new period. Annual payment includes two months free, meaning ten months are charged.
YouReply may change prices; a change does not affect the current period and does not apply unless a new period is purchased.
8. Service continuity and maintenance
The Platform is not guaranteed to run without interruption or error. We try to announce planned maintenance in advance. Interruptions caused by force majeure and by the unavailability of third-party services (for example the AI model provider) are within this scope. A specific service level (SLA) is undertaken only in a separately signed agreement.
9. Liability
YouReply is liable to the extent of its fault. A cap on liability limited to the service fee that is the subject of the contract may apply; however, that cap does not apply in cases of intent and gross negligence, in liability arising from personal data protection legislation, in damages relating to the safety of life and property, or under the mandatory provisions of consumer legislation. The rights of users who qualify as consumers under Law No. 6502 are reserved.
10. Suspension and termination of the account
In the event of a serious breach of these terms of use we may suspend or terminate your account; where possible we warn you first and give you an opportunity to remedy the breach. You may close your account at any time. Retention and deletion of data when an account is closed is explained in the Privacy Policy.
11. Changes
We may amend these terms upon prior notice. Changes are announced by e-mail and/or on the Platform. Continuing to use the Platform after a change means that you accept the current terms; if you do not accept them, you can close your account.
12. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Türkiye. For consumers, under Articles 68 and 73 of Law No. 6502, the consumer arbitration committees and the consumer courts have jurisdiction; an application may be made at the place where the consumer resides or where the consumer transaction was carried out. For customers who use the Platform as a merchant or a public legal entity, the general rules of jurisdiction apply to disputes.
