Every hosting, email, payment, invoicing, AI and analytics provider we work with to deliver the service: role, data processed, location and, where relevant, the condition that triggers it.

The list below covers every service provider we use to deliver the service. No personal data is transferred to a provider that is not on this list. When a new provider is added, this page is updated and the date above changes.

  • Server and database hosting (provider name being verified)

    Purpose
    Sending transactional emails and contact form messages

  • Amazon Web Services (S3)

    Purpose
    Storing the original uploaded document files
    Data processed
    Uploaded document files (private access, signed URLs)

    When file storage is enabled; otherwise only the extracted text is stored in the database

  • OpenAI

    Purpose
    Generating code, theme, pattern and report draft suggestions
    Data processed
    Analyzed text segments and speaker labels, code names and definitions, the research question, short excerpts and participant codes

  • Google (Workspace)

    Purpose
    Hosting our corporate mailboxes (support and contact correspondence)

    The content of emails you send us and we send you

  • iyzico

    Purpose
    Processing card payments (payment happens on iyzico's own page)

    Payment amount, order details and the card details you enter at the payment provider

    Displaying the office map on the contact page
